沟通设计概念与提案
Design concept & Proposal
根据客户需求构思初步设计概念,提供空间规划 与平面配置建议,并通过提案简报呈现整体设计 构想。
We develop the initial design concept, provide space-planning and floor-plan recommendations, and present our design proposal for your review.
Step 04
签订设计合约
Design Agreement
在客户确认初步设计提案后,双方正式签订设 计合约,并明确项目范围、设计内容及预定时 间表。
Upon approval of the initial proposal, we formalise the design agreement and confirm the project scope, deliverables and design timeline.
Step 05
深化设计与施工图绘制
Detailed Design Development
签订设计合约后,我们将展开详细的空间规划、 深化设计及施工图绘制,并确定相关材料与饰面 细节,为后续施工做好准备。
We refine the spatial planning, develop detailed design drawings, select materials and finishes, and prepare the technical documentation required for implementation.

材料选配与工程预算

根据设计方案挑选合适的材料、饰面及规格,并 编制详细的装修工程报价与预算,供客户审核确 认
We finalise material selections, finishes and specifications, then prepare a detailed renovation quotation and budget for your approval.

工程确认与合约签订
Project Confirmation
在客户确认设计方案、工程报价及项目范围后 ,双方正式签订装修合约,确认施工时间表, 并协调各项开工准备工作。
Once the design, quotation and project scope are approved, we formalise the renovation contract, confirm the schedule and coordinate the project commencement.

装修施工与工程管理
Renovation & Construction
工程接近完工时,我们将进行全面的品质检验 ,安排必要的修饰与完善工作,确保每个细节 均符合双方确认的设计及施工标准。
Our project team coordinates on-site works, manages contractors, monitors workmanship and ensures that construction follows the approved design, specifications and schedule.

品质检验与细节完善
Quality Inspection & Finishing
工程接近完工时,我们将进行全面的品质检验 ,安排必要的修饰与完善工作,确保每个细节 均符合双方确认的设计及施工标准。
We conduct a thorough quality inspection, coordinate final touch-ups and ensure that every detail meets the agreed design and workmanship standards.
